All services provided by Veling Astrostrategy are advisory and interpretive in nature. The guidance offered is based on strategic analysis, astrological interpretation, and timing frameworks intended to support informed decision-making. Final decisions and outcomes remain the sole responsibility of the client.Payment Policy
All payments made for consultations, assessments, advisory sessions, or retainers are non-refundable once the booking or engagement has been confirmed.Rescheduling Policy
Clients may request to reschedule a confirmed session by providing a minimum of 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled appointment. Requests made within less than 48 hours may not be accommodated.Private Advisory Retainers
All Private Advisory retainers are strictly non-transferable and are assigned solely to the approved client or entity for whom the agreement has been established.Confidentiality
Veling Astrostrategy maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client information, discussions, and advisory content. Confidentiality will only be limited where disclosure is required by applicable law or legal authority.Right to Decline Engagements
Veling Astrostrategy reserves the right to decline or discontinue services or applications at its discretion.Advisor Discretion Clause
The Advisor reserves full discretion in accepting or declining engagements without obligation to disclose reasoning.
